~ IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS ~

  1. Please add all your purchases to the Cart until you have made all your selections. Review your intended purchases by clicking on View Cart at the bottom of this page. Only then make your purchase. If you buy each item separately, paying for each item individually, Texas Wing will be charged excessive processing fees. Your help and understanding will benefit Texas Wing.

  2. Every time you click on an "Add to Cart" button, you'll be taken to a PayPal processing window that will show you your cumulative transactions in the order in which you added them, with the updated total.

  3. To continue shopping, click on the "Continue shopping" button. If when you click on this button you get a message asking if you want to close the window, click on "Yes."

  4. You can click on the "View Cart" button at the bottom of the screen at any time.

  5. To finish your transaction, after you've made all your selections, please click on the "Proceed to checkout" button either from an "Add to Cart" or a "View Cart" window.

    Before you finalize your purchase, you need to add Instructions to Merchant for your PayPal payment to be credited properly. Simply write in:
    • Name of the CAP member attending,
    • Member's CAP ID.
    • Activity the member is attending, such as LESA MAS, Basic Encampment, LESA GSARSS, Advanced Encampment, and so on, including any special items purchased.

    Failure to complete the Instructions to Merchant section as instructed will result in no payment credit to the attendee, who will need to (1) pay again on-site and (2) wait for a refund (less PayPal charges) until the PayPal payment can be verified.
